The Meat: What is the gist of what we’ve been saying the last couple of years? 

Bring back the hormones (BRHT): The health fat loss can take time, when you’re on BHRT. Sometimes you gain first, when you’re on estrogen, for instance. 

Get the carbs back (Celebrate Carbs!): When your metabolism is healing, there’s a bit of bounce back. You gain some weight, and then will lose later. Trust the process. 

Eat your protein (25 grams per meal): The muscle to fat ratio is changing when you start increasing your protein intake

Go get in the gym (Lift heavy!): This journey isn’t about being thin – it’s about being STRONG. But you are becoming a burner!
