This week we sit down with Jennifer, a long-time Trim Healthy Mama who has walked through some of life’s hardest valleys and found freedom on the other side. She first discovered us in 2012 after a pregnancy that left her sick for nine months and then struggling with weight gain. Trim Healthy Mama gave her the tools to turn her health around, but her journey didn’t stop there.

Over the years she has faced postpartum struggles, divorce, single parenting, and even the heartbreak of losing her children temporarily during COVID.
