The ones you're attached to ...? How do you let them go ? Have you let them go ? 

The feeling of uncertainty and doubt too. It took an 18 wheeler to knock " focus " into me. I am ok , safe , & unharmed . It didn't take that but that's what I attracted. I ignored myself when I was creating internal dialogue.
