In this week's episode I actually cried on my podcast for the first time because everything is aligning in the most beautiful way. Its taken 3 years of blood, sweat and tears and finally it's all clicking into place. All the synchronicities of getting here today. Meeting the right people at the right time and everything slowly fall into place. Its taken me some time to finally I get it. 

What I have realised is that you NEED to do the work, have a support system, surround yourself with amazing people, have a routine for your mental health and visualise like a MOFO.
