Neither one of Karlton Johnson's tactics worked after being pulled over in Broward County, Florida. First he flashed a badge and told the Highway Patrol he was "of of them." When THAT didn't work he told them his cousin was Shaquille O'Neal. Neither one worked and Mr. Johnson was arrested.
