Cs: Jarní déšť padal na střechu polní nemocnice v Praze a z okna bylo vidět, jak se květy pomalu rozevírají pod jeho dotekem.
En: The spring rain fell on the roof of the field hospital in Praha, and from the window, one could see how the flowers slowly opened under its touch.

Cs: Uvnitř bylo rušno.
En: Inside, it was bustling.

Cs: Lidé pobíhali sem a tam s vážnými výrazy ve tvářích.
En: People ran back and forth with serious expressions on their faces.

Cs: V každém koutku byl slyšet zvuk přístrojů a šepot lékařů.
