One of the greatest deceptions of the enemy today is to glorify and elevate victimhood. He wants everyone to be an oppressed, deceived and offended victim who rebels against authority. Not only will this destroy society, but it will lead to people being confused and helpless. As Christians, how should we respond? The world tells us to respond with empathy, but we must respond the way Jesus did. We show compassion with conviction. That means we sympathize with the hurting while holding on to biblical truth.
