According to the National Library of Medicine (NLM), Pain is a physical sensation or signal indicating an event within the body. Suffering interprets that event and involves thoughts, beliefs, or judgments.


Isn't that great news?! Mel and Kel think it is. While we cannot avoid pain, we can change our thoughts, beliefs, and judgments. In other words, we can decide when to think, believe, and judge for ourselves that enough is enough. Goodbye suffering!
