We talk a lot about the power of a relevant mission for an organization. Of course, the power comes from the people in the business actually knowing the mission and understanding how what they do supports it. My church is a great example. The mission is well known throughout the congregation and the members have "bought-in" which has led to extraordinary growth. What are your thoughts as to how this example relates to business?
