Connor Payne is a content creator and creative sharing wellness and lifestyle focsued content through his instagram @goodeatswithcon. Today he shares his experience in the LBGTQ community and the pressures he felt to fit in. This includes taking the ‘healthy’ lifestyle a bit too far and losing himself along the way. Starting with the simple intent to feel better in his body, Connor soon fell into the spiral of diet culture and found himself somewhere he never expected. He shares his journey through the challenging times with disordered eating and diet culture + the rock bottom that woke him up. The mindset skills he developed during that time are now a crucial part of his self care and helped him through another more recent rough patch as well.
