Susan was in a tough spot, she was being asked to leave her current accommodation, and had to scramble to look for a new place to stay. Fortunately, after searching around on property rental websites and Facebook Marketplace, she managed to find a listing that was similar in size to what she was accustomed to, and for a good deal cheaper than the other alternatives. But just as she was about to make the payment on her deposit, she receives a call that shook her to the core.
