We speak to local legend Dr Helen Kingston about how tackling loneliness in Frome led to a groundbreaking drop in emergency hospital admissions. We embark on a mission to find Frome's oldest pub. Sonia breaks a sweat (and maybe a smile) trying out the Wildcat Sauna at the Rye Bakery. Daisy sits down with Local Legend Ginny (aka Cheryl) from dance class Mojo Moves. They interview the management team at music venue, the Cheese and Grain, and find out why Glastonbury Festival could be coming to Frome in 2026.
