After too many conversations with too many great women this week, who are stuck in a no win position of being unhappy or wanting more from their career, but waiting until the 'perfect' time, the 'right' time to do something about it.
I say bollocks to that.
There is no right time, no perfect time other than right now.
If you wait for all your ducks to be in a row you will be waiting a very long time and either never make the change, or something not good will happen to force a move at some point - neither of which is a great outcome for you.
