I had a bad day. Then two, then a couple of bad days and I got afraid. "We're losing it, again. This is the point of struggle we will only be able to escape once we've hit rock bottom. Or summer. Or meds. Or it's the end." But then I had a warrm moment on the phone with my friend, then a moment with my dad. Then a Friday night out and then a "Maybe we'll make it this time too" moment.

And I took the time to reflect on the vallidation, love and support that showed up for me when I least expected it, when I didn't reach out for it, when I did nothing else but just sit still, and wait.

The wait was worth it. I feel seen and I feel held by the community, guides and energy around me. I wish that for you too.
