Leaders are a gift to the church; but they are also just people who struggle with sin at times. When someone lets you down, remember they are not the hero of our faith, Jesus is. Like Jesus, we can respond with mercy and compassion. Hurt will come but it doesn’t have to stay or wreck your ability to benefit from good leadership.
