Sup gang! On today’s podcast episode I dive into how to stop trying to control the future. I know, as humans, we like to take our free will to the extreme and control the outcome of every situation but unfortunately sometimes (jk 99% of the time) the universe/the creator/god/your higher self (whoever you look to) has it under control and is playing out a completely different way so stop fighting. Stop suffering and surrender. What can we control? Only us...How do we take our control back?
