How often do you push through the feeling of being tired? Either physically, emotionally, or mentally?
Well, if you're being honest with yourself, it's probably more often than you care to admit. In today's episode, I'm sharing with you guys just how doing that can affect your health. This happened to me in November of 2025 and it triggered one of the most awful vertigo episodes I'd endured.
I also talk about what may have provoked it and how it could have been prevented. Sometimes we feel like we need to ignore any signs of exhaust in order to get further in goals, to do lists, etc. In hindsight, it really doesn't serve you in any area you'd like to see progress.
