Are there certain times in the year that you maybe feel triggered more? Whether it be emotional or mental?
For the last 10 years The month of September has always felt very emotionally triggering. Some years it feels more intense than others. This year has been, well, not so bad. Earlier this week though, the floodgates opened and I knew that I needed to do some processing.
In this episode you'll get just that. Me processing, telling my stories and having real emotions come up. I know that this will serve someone out there who has yet to do the same for themselves. You're not alone in your, grief or sad moments. It's ok for your healing to happen at it's own time.
