There are people that are mean, negative and seem to find joy in 'telling you about yourself' every chance they get. These people cause us to loose sleep, they bring sadness, anxiety and depression. Why is it, these peoples nastiness seems to overshadow the love other people give?

Pressure is real! Depression is taking our friends and family away from us in various ways and hate is at an all time high. How do I handle these things? Not always correctly, but eventually I figure it out.
