Matt Wallace likes to post videos that show off his new Tesla Cybertruck. A recent video has caused a stir because you can see the vehicle's speedometer, which clearly shows the truck hitting 83 mph in a 35 mph zone. Matt got a little "snarky" trying to explain himself.
