Stop allowing the enemy to over shadow you with Mental abuse. 

Whatever your condition is you don’t have to succumb to any type of abuse allow God to heal you from people; self inflicted abuse meaning stop abusing yourself. 

 Psalm 42:11 Why art thou cast down, O my soul? And why art thou disquieted within me? Hope thou in God; For I shall yet praise him, who is the health of my countenance, and my God.
