Working out and attaining certain goals is a process.  Many people either lack the knowledge and guidance or just straight up don't respect the process.  Thus, people get discouraged and quit their journey.  Regardless of where you are in your journey, when you want results, you have to go through some sort of process/program.

Christian and Carlo talk about a question everyone has in their heads.  When should I expect results?  They discuss things to consider such as your past lifestyle, eating habits and are you on the right program?
