Joseph Wingfield serves on the Citizen's Committee of the Chattanooga Area Leadership Prayer Breakfast. He also served as the back-up person for the Keynote Speaker, should that person not be able to perform. Joseph wasn't worried because in the over 40-year history of the Prayer Breakfast, the speaker always made the event. Until 2022. That was the first time the back-up speaker, Joseph, was thrust onto center stage.
