November 12, 2023:  Venus moves noticeably eastward each morning against Virgo’s stars.  Jupiter and Saturn are easily visible after nightfall.

November 11, 2023: This morning the thin crescent moon is near Spica. Mars nears its solar conjunction.

November 10, 2023: Before sunrise, the thin lunar crescent appears below Venus.  After sundown, Jupiter and Saturn are visible.

November 9, 2023: This morning a Venus-Moon conjunction is visible in the eastern sky before sunrise.

November 8, 2023: The crescent moon appears in the southeastern sky before sunrise, above the brilliant Morning Star Venus.

November 7, 2023: Before sunrise, the crescent moon is above brilliant Venus. Jupiter and Saturn are easily visible after sundown.

November 6, 2023: This morning is the Venus-Zavijava conjunction.  The thick crescent moon is near the Sickle of Leo.

November 5, 2023: The Last Quarter moon is visible before sunrise.  Brilliant Venus shines in the east-southeast before daybreak.

November 4, 2023:  Saturn’s retrograde ends near the Aquarius-Capricornus border.  The planet resumes a slow eastward trek.

November 3, 2023: Jupiter is in the sky all night as Earth passes between the planet and the sun.  Look for it in the eastern sky after sunset and in the west before sunrise.
