Today’s episode is a little different than normal. Inspired by my lack of any sort of internet on my vacation and many, MANY things that showed up differently than I anticipated, I decided to share my practice of stepping into the power of surrender in the moments that are the most challenging to catapult us forward and help us find a new way to be.

My dream is to make the path to your dream clearer, more accessible, and a hell of a lot more fun. And hopefully to open up access to worlds you didn’t even know were available so you can get creative and inspired to have your life be exactly what you dream it to be. It is SO possible. And it’s a practice so here are just a few of the #lillovebombs from my heart to yours.

1. Be present. Wherever you are, be in that place. 
2. Small shifts make a big impact. It only takes a two-degree shift to end up in a completely different continent. 
3. Surrender the outcome.
4. The steps to surrender: 
   • Name your big dream, be specific on what you want to have. 
   • Step into the full emotion of that dream, what it would feel like to have it. Feel that fully. 
   • Let go of your attachment to that dream and believe in the abundance that the opposite outcome is also in your favor. Believe that either outcome is for your benefit and release control of how you want it to look. 
   • Accept what shows up. Trust and believe that the outcome is in service of your big dreams and know that you are on your path. 
5. Life is abundant. 
6. Release control of timing.
7. Turn your fears and worries into assets. 
8. Be kind to yourself. 
9. When the elevator tries to break you down, go crazy (or surrender). I always thought this meant going ballistic and making it happen by any means necessary but now I see that it’s an invitation to get creative, connected, and see another way around it that is full of fun and joy. Call it in with ease and see it as a call to action rather than a roadblock. Surrender and call in an abundance of pleasure as you find your way up to the next level!
