Sometimes we when we are unwell, taking a break from a religious practice keeps our relationship with God strong. Listen for five questions to consider when you feel a religious practice you're doing at the moment is straining your relationship with God. Our faith in Christ can be strengthened when we trust in Him to take care of us when we cannot do it ourselves.

1. Am I feeling darker and more distant from God now than I was before this thought popped into my head?
2. Is this specific thing intended to make me feel this way?
3. Would Heavenly Father want me to feel this way?
4. What good can come from this negative thinking?
5. Could my PMDD symptoms be active? Then... a flag goes up that I'm probably being particularly hard on myself and/or my thoughts are not leading toward a place I want to go.
