When to take a break and when to push through

Sometimes we absolutely need to take a break. And sometimes we need to push through feeling tired to make progress toward making our dreams come true. So what's the balance? This is a hard question but I share my personal input on this topic and some suggestions for getting high-quality forms of relaxation.
