In this podcast, the Accord Team, Rebecca and Naomi, talk about the difference between something being an attack and something being an annoyance or a niggle. Irritation, niggles, little foxes, bug bears, annoyances whatever we want to call them, actually can be hugely used (and orchestrated) by God for our good if we just handle them correctly. Annoyance is an emotion and it is rooted in our perspective. We feel irritation when something bothers us, and it usually is the behaviour of others or a situation that clashes with our own perspectives. Many times we feel so deeply the annoyance, but we find it hard to articulate why it bothers us so deeply, and that can be where our irritation grows into something bigger. But there can also be times where we come under attack, but in those moments, we need to run to Him, and face the giants with Him because that is truly where our safety is found.
