A federal judge recently upheld Washington D.C.'s "large capacity magazine" ban while exhibiting his judicial laziness, convoluted logic and abject willful ignorance of history and the 2nd Amendment rarely displayed from the bench.  Hardly surprising that the judge was an Obama appointee.
