🙋🏼‍♀️ Did you know that sharing your experiences can enable growth in other women?

Let me elaborate on this for a moment - I realized through joining elite communities that I initially felt were beyond my reach, how much they empowered me to thrive and develop.

It wasn't until I started discussing my wellness business, the highs and lows of life, and my accomplishments as an athlete, that I recognized I was also inspiring others around me. 

I used to think these women are so amazing and more advanced than me; without realizing that perhaps they didn't have the same life experiences as myself.  

It was then that I realized that regardless of who we are, or how much money we earn, we are all humans living the human experience. No one is different... it's just a matter of perception.

Now that's a reality check!
