Waves of Joy

When You Are Under Too Long, Who Are The People Who Will Dive In + Pull You Back To The Surface

Listen Later

When I was about 5 years old, I almost drowned. I can't tell you I remember much of anything besides what my parents shared with me, but that being said, as an adult, the feeling of drowning ebbs and flows with different seasons of my life  Between work, finances, friendships, relationships, and health how is one person supposed to stay joyfully afloat day in and day out? In the midst of adult drowning, I learned something pivotal that I want to share with each of you today. No, wo(man) is an island! We are not meant to do life alone. A takeaway message that hits your heart is one that you can apply to your life with a bit of discomfort and a lot of ease. I am here for you, spreading compassion, wisdom, and oh-shit moments in hopes of connecting with you on a deeper level.
