UPDATE DESCRIPTION : Today is August 13, 2024 & am presently creating the 2nd to last podcast before the 19th of this month. This is a first go (to remove to audio TT of "my parents never taught me" & "this is my first.") Please listen & this is original podcast [link] if you want to hear it in its entirety.
1) 3:40--4:02 | How did you lose two classrooms?
2) 5:20--5:25 | Not worthless! Just in a temporary holding pattern
3) 6:50--7:11 | What is ptsd to you? 2nd step after the 1st step brought to you by NWMH, is ISOLATE THE SENSORY.
4) 10:13--10:19 | 1-2 punch combo
5) 24:25--24:46 | CHIP definition
6) 32:17--33:22 | Who do you want to be around?
ORIGINAL DESCRIPTION : Hello,
I can hear my voice & take notes so the next step, break this up into little pieces & ZOOM IN [add more details & remove more trauma)
I also found something that can absolutely help that R shoulder pain whilst doing the mouse work with right (dominant side) hand. To build up to computer work I do a lot of "real life meaningful" movements that force me to put OTHERS above the PHYSICAL PAIN & the anticipation of ptsd "noise."
I define "noise" in podcast since it's not just audio, but visuals that were consistently flashing back. That's past-tense. Now, future tense since I will end their trauma which to me, is the abuse of power I witnessed & the complete complacency of a school since it took a COMMUNITY to do what they did to the at-risk & most vulnerable populations.
I have said YouTube (now make a list & count how many sites/triggers that were suicide) to finally just know, it's over.
SE. SmartE (full circle source: literature)
STT. Smarter Than Trauma (that's my principal who hired me, not he administration that violated so many people who said, "work smarter, not harder" & to the person who said to me, "you think you're so smart" (me?) no, "but I'm moral" & that was the thought that bubbled up & I lived with it until I learned in DBT (dialectical behavioral trigger) to catch the thought, emotion or behavior. They're all connected.
Catch one to catch them all!
Goodbye.
