 Our girl Kati has some follow up questions that Rowan asks DeShaun to weigh in on re midwifery programs and apprenticeships.  We all agree that "clean and neat" in appearance is subjective, and most likely is code for, as DeShaun says, "Look like a white girl."  Ugh. 

 So it is a real and gritty convo, and we desperately need all the midwives and future midwives to get this show on the road cause we need ya. This is how we can make a dent in the Black maternal mortality and morbidity rate, which is so APPALLING. #blackmidwivesmatter #MOC #midwiferystudent
