I talk to so many women who feel stuck and yet frustrated because they don't know how to change it. They share that they feel like they take care of everyone else’s needs while their own dreams seem to pass by like lost driftwood. Or even more frustrating, they don’t even have a clue what their dreams are and they only know that something isn’t right. it will often result in internal frustration in your relationships, finances, or professional career.

When I found my life feeling like it was collapsing in every area- professionally, spiritually, physically, emotionally- little did I know that it would end up being the best gift I would ever receive. I believe God created the heavens and the Earth for us to live in and everything in it belongs to Him (Psalm 24:1)

If that is indeed the case, then everything in the Universe and on Planet Earth is operating by the law of the seed by springing forth new life, hope, and abundance…..even after destruction! Have you ever seen a pasture or a field after a fire? New life springs forth even from burnt land!

While this collapse didn’t feel like a blessing or a gift whatsoever….in hindsight, I am daily grateful for the lessons it taught me and the power it awakened in my life.

Life can hand us some powerful lemons and -excuse my Boy Mom frankness- but it takes some balls (and LOTS of sugar!) to turn those suckers into lemonade!!

Here are some insights and lessons I learned from this wild, messy, beautiful journey….I hope these action steps and mindsets inspire you to ‘keep on keepin’ on and pursuing the most noble and powerful asset you own…….your heart!
