"When you feel the urge to overindulge"

We all have those urges to overdo things and whether it’s alcohol, food, stress or work, overdoing it can really throw us off balance. I wanted to share a few tips today on avoiding some overindulgences in food as we think about the next few months with holidays, social gatherings and I’m supporting my crew of ladies with being their best selves before the end of the decade.
Tips shared today:
1. Drink more water
2. Refrain from alcohol ahead of meals
3. Choose wisely - have a plan
4. Brush your teeth
5. Eat slowly
6. Connect with the people
7. Stop before you’re too full
