Paul's ministry to Ephesus takes a turn for the miraculous. As usual, there were people who tried to take advantage of this by pretending to do the same things for financial gain or reputation. They found out the hard way why it's not a good idea to approach the things only God can deal with.

1. Miracles are when something takes place that wouldn't have unless God directly intervened.

2. Miracles are provided as needed, not as desired or demanded.

3. Signs follow those who believe. Not the other way around.
