Confidence is not only about looking at yourself in the mirror and thinking you are the best thing in the world, but knowing what your limitations are too.

And yeah, you probably look at me all the time taking thirst photos and whatnot but the reality is that I have to deal with my own insecurities like I am sure most of us have to.

The tricky part about insecurities is that they have been there for years and years, hidden in the shadows and they just feed narratives that live in our minds and help them to continue mining our self-esteem.
