A cycle breaker is someone who is actively breaking generations of trauma, hurt and karmic lessons. They're like a stop sign, or dead-end for relationship patterns, toxic behaviors, and addictions. It's where a shift in the lineage happens. Being a cycle breaker is no easy task and it comes with great responsibility, isolation, guilt, and shame.
