Today we’re going to talk about:
• why mixed signals hurt so deeply,
• why some people give them,
• how inconsistency affects emotional health,
• why people stay attached to emotionally unavailable situations,
• and how to stop losing yourself trying to decode someone else’s behaviour.
Long Distance Relationship.
• At paano mo malalaman kung worth it pa bang ipaglaban
So kung nasa long distance relationshipka ngayon… o may minahal kang malayo sa’yo… this episode is for you.
Sometimes, we stay because love makes us hopeful. We hold on to memories, promises, and the belief that things will get better. Even when the relationship causes pain, our emotional attachment, fear of loneliness, and desire to be loved can make it hard to walk away.
Often, painful relationships are not held together by happiness, but by familiarity, comfort, and the hope of change. We may confuse pain with love, or mistake emotional dependency for connection. In the end, staying is often less about weakness and more about the deep human need to feel chosen, valued, and not alone.
So today, we’re going to have a realconversation about:
onight’s episode is something very personal.Kasi minsan… hindi naman bigla nawawala ang pagmamahal eh.Hindi siya parang ilaw na pinatay mo lang.Minsan, dahan-dahan siyang nauubos.Tahimik.Unnoticeable.Hanggang isang araw… gigising ka na lang at mapapatanong ka:“Paano nangyari ‘to?”“Bakit parang hindi na katulad ng dati?”“Paano ka naging stranger sa taong minsan pinakamamahal mo?”Tonight, pag-uusapan natin ang tanong na minsang kinakatakutan nating lahat:Bakit nga ba nagfa-fall out of love ang tao?So if you’re ready… huminga ka muna. Get comfortable. And let’s talk.
We’re going to talk about:
So wherever you are right now… driving, laying in bed, cleaning your room, sitting alone at night…
Thank you for being here.
Let’s talk.
Because sometimes… we become so focused on who we still need to become… that we forget to acknowledge the version of ourselves that already survived things we once thought would completely destroy us.
And honestly? Some of you listening right now are stronger than you even realize.
You survived heartbreak. You survived abandonment. You survived betrayal. You survived loneliness. You survived seasons where nobody checked on you. You survived moments where you smiled publicly while quietly falling apart privately.
And yet… you are still here.
So today, I want this episode to feel like a conversation between two people sitting in the same room. No pressure. No pretending. Just honesty.
And if you’ve ever felt lost, emotionally overwhelmed, or stuck in situations that challenged your sense of self… I also invite you to grab a copy of my book:

That kind of love where someone gives you enough to keep you hoping… but never enough to truly feel secure.
The kind of love that confuses you.
The kind that leaves you questioning yourself.
The kind where you’re loved only halfway.
And maybe while listening to this episode, you’ll realize something:
Sometimes the most painful relationships are not the ones that completely reject us…
but the ones that almost choose us.
