I don't think it is necessary to over complicate the road to health and wellness.  I believe that we can do 10 simple things in our daily awareness and choices that can make a big difference.  When we get overly ambitious with our goals, too vague or have too much information, it's easy to let our good intentions fade away and old habits take over.  We go back to not exercising, poor food choices, and negative self talk.  I believe that any step in making better choices and jump starting our energy levels is the right step!  So no need to look any further to find your mojo - it's been with you all along!
