Alex Johnson played 1053 fewer games than Brad Johnson, Robert Harvey and and Matthew Pavlich combined. Yet, he has one more AFL Premiership medal resting on his bedside table than all three of them. Before finally settling the age-old Green Eggs and Ham vs the Cat in the Hat debate, Alex fills us in on his early AFL success, watching on from the sidelines whilst dealing with his own struggles, his fascinating post-footy habits and much more! You don't wanna miss this one!

This week, we chat to one of Australia's best sport journalists: Daniel Garb. Dan tells us about growing up in Perth before moving to Melbourne, being Fox Sports' European correspondent (where he covered the Premier League, Ashes, as well as many other huge events) and going around the world (from Kyrgyzstan to Brazil) covering the game he loves, before we move onto the state of Australian football and what can be done to bring the A-League back to its glory days.

This episode is big. Humongous. Monstrous, even. Brianna Davey is one of the greatest Australian athletes going around right now, and her story is incredible. We go through her soccer career (debuting for the Matildas at 17, being labelled 'the world's most talented goalkeeper' and World Cup heartache) and touch on her modest AFL career (which has included All-Australian honours, multiple Best and Fairests, Grand Finals and a controversial trade), before finding out about her hugely surprising lack of knowledge about Haiti.

Tune in to find out about the day-to-day life of an elite match official, Brett's take on the treatment of umpires, THAT Willie Rioli Grand Final shepherd and HEAPS more!

Simply put, Hayden Ballantyne is one of the greatest small forwards that Australian Football has ever seen. He's claimed All-Australian honours, won Goal of the Year, been named the WAFL's best player at 21 years old, kicked 76 goals in a year, helped bring a club to its first Grand Final and taken out Fremantle's leading goalkicker award. Oh, and he also had a WAFL ground wing named after him at 21. The boys chat with him about how he found about the Hayden Ballantyne Wing, the 'pest' tag, draft rejections and pilates, as well as one of Australia's most universally hated songs.

Former Essendon fan-favourite Courtenay Dempsey looks back on his footy career and chats about his unusual AFL debut experience, on-the-siren heartbreak, resilience, difficulties of the infamous drugs saga, racism in footy and THAT overhead kick, before moving onto the über-serious topic of cabbage stew. Yum.

Sit back, relax, and get to know no one's favourite podcast hosts. Harper and Jackson chat about their favourite podcasts, Jackson nearly earning a spot in the high school volleyball hall of fame, Harper's elite three-year junior footy career and whose social futsal team has the biggest fan base, with a whole lot of other nonsense in between. Oh, and we also welcome a Where Do We Begin super-fan onto the show, giving her the hotly-contested and universally-craved honour of being the podcast's first ever guest!

Unlike most Australians, Harper and Lachie aren't very athletically gifted. Fortunately, though, they're quite good at admiring those who are. And talking. They're quite good at that…
That's why they talk to Australia's most fascinating sportspeople.
Sometimes they get deep. Sometimes they don't. But, as their listeners can (probably) confirm, they're always a blast to listen to.
Episodes every Monday until they interview the 25 millionth and final talented Australian athlete.
