Where do you go in times of trouble?

We have been reminded recently with the death of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II that troubling times and death will come to us all. In today's passage we consider how the disciples were troubled at the departure of Jesus and that we too will not pass through this world without troubles. However it is who we turn to in our times of trouble that is important. Those who trust in Jesus turn to Him and have the assurance that Jesus left to prepare a place for His people and has promised to return again. Those who believe in Jesus have the promise that all is well with their soul in life and in death.
