Where Focus Goes, Energy Flows -Robins
"We can choose to focus on the problem, or the solution.
We can focus on what we don’t have, or on the abundance in our lives.
We can look back on what happened, at the expense of what's happening.
Once I heard someone say, if you take all your problems and put them in a pile with everyone elses…..you would jump in that pile to get your problems back.
We can all have “the grass looks greener on the other side of the fence” moments in our lives….especially with social media.
We’ve become accustomed to seeing the highlights of people's day, or their entire lives online, but not the struggles, or what it took to get there, or what life is like the rest of the day for those people. "
