In this weeks episode of Life is a Journey, I dive into talking about consistency and the importance of it in our daily lives. I also am learning to be more transparent, and in this particular episode I am just that. Consistency is something I believe we all possess, some may be a little more consistent in certain areas of their lives and some may not. The goal and importance of being consistent however, isn't a competition or comparison. For example for years one area that I was and kind of always have been consistent in, has been time management. I usually if I have to be somewhere leave about 45 minutes to an hour, just in case something comes up I'm prepared and give myself in case I'm am late due to unfortunate events (i.e. traffic, car accident, getting caught by the train near my job etc). Consistency brings forth the ability  to remain true to something or someone, and it is important because it also defines a vital part of your character.
