Then you only leave space to discriminate, 

And to discriminate only generates hate.”

Last week, João Alberto, a black citizen was beaten and killed by two white security guards inside a supermarket parking in the city of Porto Alegre, Brazil. 

It was a grotesque and extremely violent crime that was not only caught on the surveillance cameras but also by people that were trying to intervene. 

And the worst part? This crime happened on the eve of Black Conscience Day. Of course that this crime has enhanced the discussion regarding racism, in society and by the supermarket's staff and the security company which was hired. 

We are not getting into details of the crime itself but into the legal liability of the subjects involved and also do some comparative legal analysis, in the sense, what could have been done to prevent this crime from happening?
