Today in Luke 8:22-47 we remember the same events from Mark Chapter 5 concerning the crossing of lake Gennesaret and the encounter with the tempest which caused Jesus's disciples to fear, the "Maniac of Gadara" and the transformation Jesus would bring in his life that would cause the neighborhood to fear, and the encounter with the woman with the "Issue of Blood" being healed and her fear of being discovered!
