And speaking of drinks, today I’m sipping on a Jameson Strawberry Margarita with a little twist—egg whites for that silky, frothy goodness. Here’s how you can make it at home:

🍓 Ingredients:

• 2 oz Jameson Irish Whiskey
• 1 oz fresh lime juice
• ¾ oz agave syrup (or simple syrup)
• 3-4 fresh strawberries, hulled or strawberry puree
• ½ oz orange liqueur (like Cointreau or Triple Sec)
• 1 egg white
• Ice
• Tajín or salt for the rim (optional)

🍹 Instructions:

1. Rim your glass with Tajín or salt (optional).
2. In a cocktail shaker, muddle the fresh strawberries with lime juice and agave syrup until well blended.
3. Add Jameson, orange liqueur, and egg white.
4. Dry shake (without ice) for about 15 seconds to get that nice frothy texture.
5. Add ice and shake again for another 15 seconds.
6. Strain into a glass over fresh ice.
7. Garnish with a strawberry or lime wheel.
