The Spanish language is spoken in many countries of the world and at the same time, people wonder if this language is understood by other speakers such as Portuguese ones? So... according to my experience when learning to speak Portuguese also, I found out this, I proved it right, they do understand us speaking in Spanish, given the fact or relationship among other codes like Italian, French, and even Romanian. These people also share the same structure of the language to build phrases and sentences. 

When speaking about Spanish to English, maybe you cannot find the translation you want to have, because of the STRUCTURE of both of them!
