On this week's episode, I talk about how I developed sleep paralysis, tactics I use to combat - one of which is masturbation - , and some experiences I'd like to share. positive affirmations !!! reprogram you subconscious. While you sleep, your conscious mind also is asleep while your subconscious mind stays awake and its power is then most active. I highly recommend researching more about this and be wary of who you fall asleep to on youtube, one triggered my sleep paralysis and kept in a trance of a bad nightmare I had to fight to get out of. be careful despite the comments below some of those videos, be safe, and all the love! you are worthy, loved, magnificent, intelligent, talented, working, capable, competent, skillful, loving YOU!!!

In this episode, I share an exchange of notes between a close friend of mine and I who discussed imposter syndrome and how to better speak to ourselves in order to believe we can become and evolve who we hope to be as who we are and in the career we strive to bring into fruition. 

I talk about my experience working on a recent script and what messages from the universe and Source came through to help me stay in alignment towards my path than risk self-sabotaging myself to not show up to set. I briefly go over what it was like working on this student film set and how grateful I am for this experience even if it may not have turn out to be as I expected and hoped it would be. It was in a weird way better.

I go off on a couple tangents about how this showed up back when I started out as an inexperienced Barista to the pro I became and some hilarious, embarrassing memories about a guy I worked and flirted with who kept calling me a damn kid!!! SMH ...

About a week ago, I met a well-known comedian and this quick interaction had me shook and left me shook the following week. SO I’m here to discuss my thoughts and share with you guys how this has been a huge shift, reflection, and an awakening for me that aligns with my self-healing journey. He revealed a part of my heart space I needed to reopen and the confidence I needed to return to myself to take my power back. NOW, I’M ABLE TO listen to throwback rom com songs and watch them romantic movies whilst feeling those emotions of love within and for myself rather than what I feared before to be manifesting into a longing for the idea of romance or individuals who had not yet existed. I didn’t want to feed into that but I at this place in my life was able to feel that in the healthiest and most grounding way. I hope this faith I feel and good energies continue forward with me whilst I learn from experiences like these that I had with this comedian. Obviously I don’t want to sound like someone who saw this person as their world or idol or anything like that because he’s not but Nigel is just someone I admire and appreciate who shares great content that meeting him happened to have affected me in this way that I share.
