Intuition is such a fascinating topic! Scientifically, we know so little about it!! We hear people say, "follow your gut", "mother's intuition knows best", but our society really doesn't reflect back to us that following our intuition is best. With all this easy online access to outside sources, who needs their intuition for decision making?!And, like so many things, the less you use your intuition the quieter it becomes. So now, for some people, those outside sources ARE actually needed for their basic decision making. This is especially true of women's health care! Amana is an amazing woman who has SO much love and wisdom to share with the world! Career wise, she's a registered nurse with a degree in sociology, a birth attendant, an end of life doula (yes that's a thing!), an entrepreneur for her handmade soap company Earthing Nova, and she also offers support to pregnant, mothering and grieving women.
