Definately a book about transformation

Right at the start you identify with Annie, she opens up and tells you about her life. You immediately trust her because you realize, like you, she too has gone through hard knocks. She came from a broken place but today she has things that she is proud of. I was naturally drawn to the cover of the book. The butterfly metamorphosis goes through a life cycle and becomes beautiful. The butterfly is a symbol of transformation and so is this book. Be the Exception: Your 7 Steps to Transformation will show you how to take the suffering of your past and let it go; reconcile your past and grow from it. You will learn how to be loved, create your family, let go of anger, break the negative cycle to then enable you to find your inner peace and freedom. The back of the book has a great list of recommended resources. In fact, this self-help read has practical tips and exercises that are easy to understand, help you to evaluate yourself and learn a new perspective.

Forgiveness Leads to Freedom

This book is very inspirational. This author suffered through so many hard-to-believe experiences growing up, and now helps all of us by providing 7 steps to our own transformation. Learning of her many experiences and tragedies, we know that she has worked hard to go beyond those negative messages.

Annie reminds us it takes courage to forgive, and to acknowledge that we are always the hardest on ourselvesâwe are our worst critics. You cannot change the past so you have to force changes on yourself and your future. Her excellent advice is hard earned through trial and error.

The negative voice in our head is as much to fault as the âemotional vampiresâ in our life, those people who suck out the good and replace with the bad messages. We all need to establish boundaries for those kinds of people so we can go forward from what was, to what we want for our own future.

Her best advice: Choose to be happyâand rewrite the rules as needed.

For anyone searching to rise from family ashes of disfunction to find healing and understanding on the journey.

Meeting Annie through the National Speakers Association, hearing her journey and her own walk of personal pain and family discord has been a blessing for all who read this book. She listened to the angels and found she was an EXCEPTION. She rose from situations and turned the other cheek to those who abandoned and hurt her in their illness or lack of awareness.

Every time I read a book by Allen Klein I come away not just inspired but looking at the world a little differently.

In the newest book SECRETS KIDS KNOW THAT ADULTS OUGHTA LEARN we are reminded of the importance of not giving up too easily on others or ourselves. As I was reading the book it reminded me that as a child we are all full of wonder and excitement about life. We look at each moment as the only thing that matters at the time, and we are excited about what's to come. As Allen points out in the book when life happens to us and we have to deal with the "adult" things of the world we can lose that excitement.
